HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive once ordered. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.
- If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.
*Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.
There are NO RETURNS for Customized Items. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
- ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Proud Patriots item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to request a refund, please email our customer service email for help processing.
- Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly.
- Refunds will take 5-10 business days to process through back to your bank. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.

Do you use real U.S currency?
These collectibles are genuine U.S. currency that we get from a private bank partner of ours and could be spent if you wanted to. We use a revolutionary process that allows us to put a high-quality film on top of the currency which makes it appear as though this is what the currency originally looked like. This process in no way alters or defects the original currency which means this is completely legal.
Where are the products made?
We are a proud American-based business and these items are made in the USA by American workers!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally 2 -3 weeks or less. We print all of our products in house to ensure quality. After checkout, your order is sent to our warehouse for printing and quality assurance.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we do offer International shipping.
Is your apparel sized for men or women?
All our apparel is unisex except our tanks. Our tanks are standard women's cut. Men's tanks are available upon request.
Do you guarantee your products?
Yes, for 30 days after shipment is delivered. Delivery date is determined from tracking. We do not accept returns on DISCOUNTED SALES and PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?
If you think you received an incorrect or damaged item and or missing an item, contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt for further assistance. Kindly provide photos of the item(s) you received along with the packing slip as proofs.
Do you offer refunds?
We understand that ordering online can be difficult! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. Contact customer service for assistance.
Who pays for shipping on items for return?
We email return labels with no cost to our customers if the issue is a result of a packaging error. All other issues need to be addressed with our customer service to determine returns. Please email our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any questions regarding this manner and they will assist you in whatever way possible! *Please note that the items must be unworn and unwashed. If signs of wash or wear are visible, we cannot accept the item.
